Job summary

Emmi Roth is seeking a Packaging Team Member to support production in a food manufacturing environment. You will load materials, operate packaging machinery, and help ensure product quality and labeling accuracy while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

You’ll collaborate with production teams, move materials with pallet jacks, and participate in sanitation and safety programs. Prior packaging experience is a plus; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging machinery in a manufacturing or food processing setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to operate electric pallet jacks safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to support production.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and other equipment within the facility.
• Load packaging materials into equipment and ensure proper labeling.
• Perform regular quality checks and document results.
• Assist in sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
• Support inventory management of raw materials and finished products.
• Assist in equipment setup and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Follow all ERU food safety policies and safety regulations.
