Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Production Attendant to support cheese packaging operations. You will prepare packaging per customer specifications and SOPs, maintain records, and ensure safety procedures are followed during the shift. Flexibility to rotate across the line and work overtime is required.

Join a large dairy producer with strong safety and quality standards; the role includes heavy lifting and daily data entry in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to push/pull and lift between 20 and 40 pounds.
• Able to read and comprehend production worksheets.
• Willingness to rotate through all line positions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S policies.
• Efficiently package cheese to match packaging material and production sheet specs.
• Set up packaging lines, printers, labels, and related equipment.
• Enter data on production reports and keep areas clean and organized.
• Attend safety meetings and communicate out-of-spec product conditions when needed.
