Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a on-site Pre Age Assembler in Almena, WI. You will perform general assembly tasks for packaging cheese, including un-racking, bagging, cryovac, palletizing, and rack washing. The role requires physical work and adherence to sanitation and safety standards.

We expect a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months related experience), ability to read instructions, and reliable attendance. You will rotate through all line positions and contribute to a smooth production flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manually remove up to 26 lb wheels of cheese from racks and place them on the table.
• Bag wheels of cheese and move them to the next conveyor.
• Monitor cheese as it moves along the line for continuous flow.
• Operate the cryovac machine and position bagged cheese on heat seal plates.
• Stack sealed wheels up to 26 lb in pallets following product templates.
• Wash racks and slats to keep production areas clean.
• Return rejected packages to the appropriate area for resealing.
