• Experience with GMP’s, SOP’s and SSOP’s.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of different cheeses and cuts.

Responsibilities

• Follow all GMP’s, SOP’s and SSOP’s.
• Cut cheese using the Champ and cutter.
• Operate the Koch and perform basic maintenance.
• Daily clean up and sanitation during operations.
