• Maintain knowledge of department products and make recommendations.
• Offer product samples to customers.
• Inform customers of Murray's Cheese specials.
• Ensure correct portion sizes and prevent shrinkage.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Adhere to health, safety and labeling requirements.
• Keep workspace clean and safe.
