Job summary

Harris Teeter in Concord, NC is seeking a Store Management professional to lead Murray’s Cheese Shop. You will drive sales through exceptional customer service, in-store events, and educated product knowledge within a Harris Teeter location in Concord.

You will oversee staff, ensure compliance with food safety and shop policies, manage inventory, and contribute to budgeted sales and shrink control at Murray’s Cheese Shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Murray’s Cheese experience through interactive customer service, product education, cross-selling, and merchandising.
• Maintain knowledgeable, friendly staff trained in Murray’s operations and products.
• Ensure all Harris Teeter and Murray’s policies, operating standards, and procedures are communicated, maintained, and followed.
