Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years in grocery category management or analytics.
• Experience with NielsenIQ and Circana data.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint, with recurring reports.
• Ability to translate analysis into actions for buyers and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cheese category strategies using market trends and shopper insights.
• Analyze POS, loyalty, and demographic trends to identify opportunities across local markets.
• Evaluate item productivity, distribution gaps, and merchandising opportunities.
• Join sales calls and lead category insights in meetings with buyers.
• Evaluate pricing and promotions balancing value and retailer profitability.
• Support business reviews and joint planning with account teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance to align recommendations.
• Build category presentations, dashboards, and playbooks.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to inform product and channel decisions.
