Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking an Insights Analyst to provide data-driven recommendations that influence strategic growth. You will translate trends into actionable insights, support joint business planning and improve reporting across multiple data sources.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing/consumer insights, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work arrangement in the USA is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in marketing, category management, or consumer insights.
• Proficiency in MS Office; PowerBI knowledge a plus.
• Experience with retail data sources (Circana POS).
• Familiarity with Nielsen, Kantar, Stratum or foodservice insights is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead insights for joint business planning with retail and foodservice customers.
• Track category, segment, brands and SKU performance and derive insights.
• Support development of fact-based selling stories and white space opportunities.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources and present actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Innovation, Culinary and Sales teams.
• Work with data vendors to provide best-in-class reporting.
• Own item review and verification with primary retail POS data source.
• Build and maintain standardized reports, scorecards and trackers.
