Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking an Insights Analyst in Wisconsin to translate trends into actionable recommendations that influence strategic growth.

You will leverage analytical skills and industry knowledge to synthesize data from multiple sources and support sales initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Category Management, Marketing, and Sales to deliver fact-based insights, build reports, and drive decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, category management, consumer insights or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
• Experience with Retail data sources e.g. Circana syndicated POS data.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Curiosity and analytical mindset to drive growth through analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead insights related to joint business planning with major Retail and Foodservice customers; monitor trends and provide recommendations.
• Analyze performance by category, segment, brands, and SKU to explain key findings.
• Support development of fact-based selling stories and identify white space opportunities.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources and present actionable insights to address business issues.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Marketing, Innovation, Culinary, and Sales to drive decision-making.
• Work with data vendors to provide best-in-class reporting.
• Own the new item review and verification process with primary retail POS data source.
• Build and maintain standardized reports, scorecards, and trackers from multiple sources.
• Answer ad-hoc analytical requests from Sales and Category teams.
