Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to efficiently process customer sales at front registers, maintain cash accuracy, and support a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers and ensure adherence to procedures with a positive, energetic demeanor.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2-3 years in retail, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; experience in natural foods is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provides outstanding service at checkout lanes.
• Oversees the accurate and efficient operation of cash registers.
• Receives and processes payments (cash, card, checks, gift cards).
• Maintains clean, organized checkout areas and proper pricing.
• Ensures all POS transactions and cash handling are accurate.
• Models fast, friendly customer service.
• Assists with ad set compliance and signage.
• Strives to meet or exceed sales floor expectations.
• Promotes a safe work environment.
• Maintains reliable attendance.
• Performs other daily tasks as required.
