McLane Company, Inc. in Hopkinton, NH is seeking a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV to join our team. The role focuses on loading and securing products, following safety guidelines, and maintaining product integrity throughout the shipping process.

You will work Monday through Friday with a start time of 6:00 AM, engaging in hands-on tasks and using equipment as needed. The position includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within our safety‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently for job tasks and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers safely.
• Perform tasks by hand or with powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable products prior to loading.
• Raise concerns about product integrity to a supervisor.
• Communicate special circumstances to the delivery driver via Shipping Loading Report.
• Keep the work area clean and debris-free.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and product/equipment damage.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour.

Shift information: Monday through Friday 6:00AM start time.

What you’ll do as a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV:

• Load and secure products in trailers in a safe manner.
• Job duties will be completed by hand or by use of powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for Non conveyable products prior to loading.
• Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention.
• Communicate any special circumstances to the delivery driver via the Shipping Loading Report.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free work area.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
