Job summary

Riceland Foods Inc. is seeking warehouse associates in Stuttgart, AR. You will load, unload, store, and transport finished goods and supplies, using forklifts and pallet jacks, while ensuring accuracy against documents.

Responsibilities include inventory control, safety adherence, and basic computer data entry. Training and shift premiums may apply for off-hours and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy weights (up to 100lbs).
• Able to read shipping orders and print legibly.
• Perform arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, and divide 3-digit numbers.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Able to successfully obtain a Riceland forklift license.

Full Time Stuttgart, AR, US

3 positions Regular work schedule is M-F 7a-3p with some extended daily hours and weekend work possible.

1 position Regular work schedule is M-F 3p- 11p with some extended daily hours and weekend work possible.

Hours worked 5pm-6am Monday - Friday will receive a 15% shift premium. All hours worked on Saturday and Sunday receive a 15% premium.

Job Duties

Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for food safety by following HACCP and Food Safety policies/procedures. Responsible for plant safety by observing persons entering your work area, asking if you can assist them, and reporting unauthorized persons to your supervisor. Attend training as required or approved by supervisor.

Check accuracy of item type, quantity and quality of all finished goods and supplies against shipping or receiving documents.

Skills Required

Must be able to lift heavy weights (up to 100lbs), read shipping orders, print legibly, perform arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply and divide 3-digit numbers), have basic computer skills and able to successfully obtain a Riceland forklift license.

Education Requirements

One year certificate from college or technical school; or High School Diploma or GED preferred.
