Job summary

Maersk is seeking a CHB Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end customs brokerage operations for a defined client portfolio. You will lead a team of CHB professionals, ensuring compliant, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

You will drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and team development within Maersk Customs Services, shaping service levels and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or transportation.
• 1–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of U.S. import regulations and brokerage operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of CHB associates, including workload allocation and development.
• Oversee end-to-end import customs brokerage operations for a defined client portfolio.
• Develop understanding of client import programs and regulatory requirements.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex operational or customer issues.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels, driving performance and corrective actions.
• Ensure accuracy in billing, accruals, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Collaborate with compliance, IT, product, and operations to optimize delivery.
• Ensure full CBP compliance and mandatory regulatory requirements.
