You will partner with senior clinical leaders, supervise administrative teams, monitor performance metrics, and implement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and family satisfaction while building strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA Therapy and understanding of autism care needs.
• 2–4 years of direct people management in a managerial or director role.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant work experience considered.
• Ability to build and grow relationships with management, staff, clients.
• Strong leadership, planning, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate center growth by managing day-to-day operations.
• Cultivate referrals with schools, physicians, health systems.
• Manage relationships and admin activities of BCBAs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new families via weekly meetings.
• Resolve issues promptly to advocate for families.
• Oversee insurance reimbursements through authorizations and billing.
• Motivate staff through evaluations and goal setting.
