Proud Moments ABA in Memphis, TN, Germantown area on Players Club Parkway, seeks a Center Operations Director – ABA Services to lead day-to-day operations and drive strategic growth. • 2-4 years of management experience, including supervisory responsibility.

• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Superior planning, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate financial growth of the center by effectively managing day-to-day operations.
• Expand access by building relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and referring organizations.
• Manage relationships and administrative activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new families with weekly family meetings and building parents’ confidence.
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately.
• Secure accurate insurance reimbursement through oversight of authorizations and billing.
• Motivate staff through annual evaluation and progress monitoring.

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities

As a Center Operations Director – ABA Services at Proud Moments ABA, you’ll be challenged to realize your leadership potential:

• Accelerate the financial success and continued growth of our center by effectively managing day-to-day operations at the facility(s) f inish
• Expand access to Proud Moments’ life-changing ABA services for children with autism by cultivating and strengthening relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and other organizations that refer families for autism care
• Manage relationships and day-to-day administrative activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new Proud Moments families by engaging in weekly family meetings and building parents’ confidence in their child’s clinical team
• Advocate for families receiving services by resolving issues promptly and compassionately
• Secure accurate insurance reimbursement for ABA services through rigorous oversight of Authorizations Management and Billing procedures
• Motivate staff to continually improve performance and grow professionally through annual evaluation, mutual goal setting, and constant monitoring of progress toward established objectives

Qualifications

As an ideal Center Operations Director candidate, you bring to Proud Moments ABA:

• Experience with ABA Therapy and a compassionate understanding of the needs of children with autism and their families; preferred
• 2-4 years of management experience, including supervisory responsibility; required
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered
• Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with organizational management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders
