Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of ABA clinical experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• BCBA certification required with ongoing credential maintenance.
• Strong experience in data analysis and outcomes tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across ABA, Speech, Diagnostics, and Residential services.
• Oversee development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with discipline leads to ensure coordinated care.
• Review clinical documentation for quality and medical necessity.
• Mentor supervisory staff and promote inter-service collaboration.
