You will stay current with ChatGPT updates, run regular demos to share advanced techniques, monitor usage metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft practical AI playbooks and use cases.

The role emphasizes governance, data security, and ethical AI use while driving measurable ROI through adoption and effective tooling.

Qualifications

• Awareness of new ChatGPT functionality and weekly/monthly demo sessions to maximize output quality.
• Monitoring usage metrics such as message volume, tool diversity, and power user engagement to evaluate ROI and adoption.
• Building libraries of tested prompts, establishing guardrails for safe/ethical use, and ensuring data security compliance.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to create tailored AI playbooks and use cases.

Identifying and developing custom GPTs, workflows, and automation to replace manual tasks with AI-driven solutions.

Demo & Enablement:

Awareness of new ChatGPT functionality that comes out and conducting weekly/monthly demo sessions on specialized techniques to maximize output quality.

Usage Analysis & Adoption:

Monitoring usage metrics such as message volume, tool diversity, and "power user" engagement to evaluate AI ROI and adoption rates.

Prompt Engineering & Governance:

Building libraries of tested prompts, establishing guardrails for safe/ethical use, and ensuring compliance with data security policies.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partnering with different functional teams to create tailored AI playbooks and use cases
