Job description

✔️ Develop conversational chatbots using ChatGPT and other generative AI models.

✔️ Build persona-driven conversational flows that fit brand tone and business needs.

✔️ Implement knowledge-base integration using RAG to provide factual answers.

✔️ Develop automation for customer support, ticket creation, onboarding, and FAQs.

✔️ Design custom ChatGPT plug-ins and extensions for specific workflows.

✔️ Create voice-enabled experiences using LLM + speech-to-text + text-to-speech APIs.

✔️ Integrate chatbots with WhatsApp, SMS, Slack, Teams, and company websites.

✔️ Optimize conversation routing and escalation to human agents when needed.

✔️ Build multilingual chat solutions using LLM-driven translation features.

✔️ Implement safety layers to handle harmful queries and prohibited intentions.
