Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate ChatGPT/LLM capabilities into web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Build custom chatbot workflows and conversational logic using OpenAI APIs.
• Design prompt templates, system instructions, and content policies for reliable responses.
• Create API endpoints and microservices to support chat automation and real-time interactions.
• Implement embeddings and vector databases to enable memory and personalization.
• Optimize prompt engineering for accuracy, context handling, and cost efficiency.
• Build user interfaces for chat interactions using React, Angular, Vue, or Flutter.
• Secure API communication, data tokens, and access keys following best practices.
• Integrate ChatGPT with CRM, ERP, HR portals, ticketing tools, and internal platforms.
• Ensure chatbot responses comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Manage session handling, conversation threads, and contextual memory logic.
• Perform load testing to ensure stability under high user traffic.
