Job description

✔️ Develop and integrate ChatGPT/LLM capabilities into web, mobile, and enterprise applications.

✔️ Build custom chatbot workflows and conversational logic using OpenAI APIs.

✔️ Design prompt templates, system instructions, and content policies for reliable responses.

✔️ Create API endpoints and microservices to support chat automation and real-time interactions.

✔️ Implement embeddings and vector databases to enable memory and personalization.

✔️ Optimize prompt engineering for accuracy, context handling, and cost efficiency.

✔️ Build user interfaces for chat interactions using React, Angular, Vue, or Flutter.

✔️ Secure API communication, data tokens, and access keys following best practices.

✔️ Integrate ChatGPT with CRM, ERP, HR portals, ticketing tools, and internal platforms.

✔️ Ensure chatbot responses comply with company policies and safety standards.

✔️ Manage session handling, conversation threads, and contextual memory logic.

✔️ Perform load testing to ensure stability under high user traffic.

✔️ Debug and resolve ChatGPT API failures, latency issues, or unexpected behavior.

✔️ Implement analytics to measure conversations, user engagement, and success metrics.

✔️ Build fallback logic for system downtime or API unavailability.

✔️ Create multilingual chat experiences with LLM-based translation and NLP layers.

✔️ Prepare documentation on API usage, workflows, and system architecture.

✔️ Collaborate with UX teams to improve chatbot personality and interaction style.

✔️ Train staff and stakeholders on usage, capabilities, and limitations of ChatGPT systems.

✔️ Continuously enhance chatbot features using the latest OpenAI updates and LLM advancements.
