Job summary

aFit Staffing is seeking a Google Dialogflow / GECX Developer to support a citizen experience modernization initiative. The role focuses on migrating an existing chatbot from Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX) and delivering a modern customer engagement solution.

You'll work with technical leadership and developers, contribute to solution design, and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure on-time delivery during a contract through year-end. Fully remote, with CST business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Dialogflow and chatbot development.
• Experience implementing or upgrading to Google Conversational Agents (GECX).
• Migration or platform upgrade experience.
• Strong collaboration in development teams.

Responsibilities

• Migrate chatbot from Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX).
• Develop, configure, and implement chatbot functionality in the target platform.
• Support migration activities and platform upgrade.
• Participate in design reviews, planning, and testing.
• Troubleshoot chatbot issues during migration and testing.
• Support deployment and production readiness.
