Qualifications

• Dialogflow development experience is required.
• Experience in Conversational AI or chatbot implementation is required.
• Software migration or platform upgrade experience is required.
• Experience with Google Conversational Agents (GECX) is highly desired.
• Experience in application development and integration practices is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are needed.
• Experience working in collaborative development teams is expected.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms is required.

Responsibilities

• Help modernize and migrate a customer-facing conversational AI solution.
• Develop, configure, and implement chatbot functionality within the target platform.
• Assist with software modernization and platform upgrade activities.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design reviews, and implementation planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve chatbot functionality issues during migration and testing.
• Support deployment, testing, and production readiness efforts.
• Work closely with technical leadership and fellow developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with leads and team members to deliver milestones and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Contribute recommendations, technical insights, and best practices.
• Communicate implementation challenges and proposed solutions effectively.
