Galbreath Inc. is seeking a Prep Tech at its Winamac, IN manufacturing facility. The role involves prepping truck chassis for hoist mounting and installing specific components. The position pays $22.23 per hour on the first shift.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or technical degree, with 1+ years of related experience preferred. Proficiency with handheld plasma cutter, huck gun, torch, and air tools is desired. Forklift operation and basic math are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with handheld plasma cutter, huck gun, torch, and air tools preferred.
• Basic welding skills preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift and read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Review the chassis with the hoist model and plan installation steps.
• Install electric, pneumatic and hydraulic components before chassis mounting.
• Inspect work before advancing in the process.
• Operate plasma cutter, huck gun, torch, welder, air drill and chain drill as part of daily duties.
• Move components using a forklift.

Job Description:Wastequip's Galbreath division has an immediate opportunity for a Prep Tech at their Winamac, IN manufacturing facility.
