Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services in Auburn Hills, MI, is seeking an Advanced VSR - VCDY (Chassis & Dynamics) Program Lead to guide the planning, design concepts, and integration of VCDY components for future vehicles. You will drive the program from conception to Contract Milestone, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure objective delivery.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 10+ years in engineering design and development, and exceptional communication and leadership

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related field.
10+ years of engineering design and development experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with senior management.
Ability to lead a team of functional members.
Strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and define the scope of the program and its components.
Ensure goals on quality, cost, timing, and performance are met.
Define with technical team efficient technical solutions to meet objectives.
Set up vehicle sourcing plan.
Collaborate with manufacturing on make/buy solutions.
Cross-functional interaction with PDO, VCDY, manufacturing, and pillar functions.
Track and report on key performance indicators.
Escalate issues in a timely manner.
Report program metrics and status regularly.
