Qualifications

• Two to five years of relevant work experience.
• Strong academic background and excellent writing/drafting skills.
• Superior work ethic and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with IEP Team meetings and MA BSEA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Represent educational entities at IEP Team meetings and before the MA Bureau of Special Education Appeals.
• Provide guidance on school formation, governance, contracts, and operations.
• Draft, review and implement school policies and procedures.
• Assist with student and family matters, special education and employment issues.
• Advise clients on school funding, fundraising and safety questions.
