Responsibilities

• Support the education practice with school formation, governance, and educational contracting matters.
• Draft, review, and implement school policies and procedures and assist with student and family matters.
• Represent educational entities at IEP Team meetings and before the Massachusetts Bureau of Special Education Appeals when applicable.
• Provide practical and client-focused legal services to nonprofit, for-profit, and public clients in education law, including special education.
