Job summary

Krokidas & Bluestein LLP, a Boston-based boutique law firm, seeks an Employment and Litigation Associate with 4–8 years of experience in employment law or litigation. The candidate will handle the lifecycle of cases, including drafting discovery and motions, taking depositions, and arguing in state and federal courts and before agencies.

Strong writing, exceptional work ethic, and ability to work independently or in a team are essential. MA bar membership or waiver is required.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in employment law or litigation (as stated).
• Experience in general, business and/or employment litigation and lifecycle handling of cases.

Responsibilities

• Draft written discovery, pleadings, dispositive and non-dispositive motions, and other court filings.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions in state and federal court and before agencies.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in alternative dispute resolution.
• Review and draft employment-related documents such as offer letters and contracts.
