Summit School Services LLC is seeking an on-site Customer Service/Inside Sales professional in Crowley, TX. You will participate in outbound calls, provide pricing and booking details, and coordinate with Charter Operations teams to ensure smooth trips.

The role requires strong communication and organization to manage quotes and payments efficiently. The position emphasizes high-volume, fast-paced work with an option to advance into more complex sales activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in customer service and inside sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in outbound sales calls and campaigns.
• Provide accurate pricing and booking information to customers.
• Coordinate with local Charter Operations Teams.
• Book and confirm trips.
• Follow up on pending quotes.
• Process invoices, payments, and collections where applicable.
