Air Charter Service Inc. is seeking an organized administrative professional to support a busy mentor team, manage calendars, coordinate client portfolios, and oversee day-to-day office operations in Uniondale, NY.

You will develop an expert understanding of aircraft and chartering processes, handle travel bookings, supplier relations, and assist accounts with expenses, invoices, and checks, while balancing independent and team tasks in a dynamic, modern office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist mentor with their portfolio of clients.

• Manage private charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report.
• Flight watching/overseeing flight departures.
• Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations.
