Job summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a Charter Operations Representative to proactively develop and maintain a client base and expand charter sales. The role supports sales reps, handles quotes, order processing, and maintains customer records in a fast-paced aviation environment.

The position requires 2+ years in MS Office and aviation scheduling, with a flexible afternoon/evening shift and potential changes. Location options include Scottsdale, AZ and other hubs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in the aviation industry, preferably in scheduling/operations.
• Proficiency in charter scheduling or FBO scheduling depending on prior role.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales reps and channel partners in admin areas like order processing, quotes, information management, financing.
• Responds to inbound calls, identifies upsell opportunities from inquiries.
• Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records and documentation.
• Identifies and qualifies prospective customers; records activity in tracking systems.
• May have assigned product line overlapping other sales teams’ territories.
• May have a sales quota with a target earnings bonus or incentive opportunity.
• Represents Jet Aviation internally and externally with industry groups and networks.
• Demonstrates Jet Aviation values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment & Transparency).
