Job summary

Gridiron Air is seeking a Charter Operations Specialist to join our Fort Worth-based Operations Control Center. You will plan and coordinate all charter missions, ensuring aircraft, crew, ground support, and vendor services are contracted and delivered on time.

You will also support day-of-charter execution, provide real-time updates to clients, manage schedule changes, and help ensure safety, security, and compliance across domestic and international operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Charter/Operations roles.
• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Knowledge of Part 121 Operations is advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Office and airline systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary POC for each charter operation.
• Coordinate contract requirements and trip planning with stakeholders.
• Prepare and present trip briefs to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct pre-flight coordination calls with relevant parties.
• Schedule vendors and ground services to support charters.
• Oversee day-of-charter execution and client communications.
• Ensure OCC systems are updated with trip details.
