Job summary

Gridiron Air LLC is seeking a Charter Operations Specialist to support our global charter missions from the Fort Worth Operations Control Center. The role focuses on advanced planning, day-of execution, and ensuring all aircraft and passenger services are contracted, scheduled, and delivered.

You will coordinate with sales, clients, and service providers, create trip briefs, and manage vendors to meet deadlines and expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Charter/Inflight/Ground Operations or vendor execution.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree a plus.
• Knowledge of Part 121 Operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and airline operating applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-driven with ability to identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated operations planner for charter missions and day-of coordination.
• Coordinate with sales, clients, and vendors to secure contracted services.
• Prepare trip briefs, preflight calls, and schedule vendors (FBOs, catering, ground transport).
• Ensure OCC systems have up-to-date trip information for all team members.
• Provide real-time day-of-charter updates and manage change requests.
• Act as onsite Operations Representative during high-demand periods.
