You will hire and mentor leaders, drive fleet utilization, manage costs, and deliver annual and multi-year plans in close collaboration with the ownership group.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• ATP 135 Charter Pilot preferred; live and work in Scottsdale (KSDL base).
• Proven leadership experience in a growth-focused environment.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a P&L and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Hire and retain key talent to support growth while mentoring leadership.
• Ensure safety culture and standards are lived by all.
• Drive cost reduction while enabling continuous learning.
• Increase fleet utilization to improve profitability.
• Deliver the annual one-year plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a two-year strategic plan.
• Resolve conflicts and align the ownership group with company objectives.
• Work closely with ownership group.
