Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Flexible schedule that allows for work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• This is a full-time position, starting at $16.13 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to relevant communications from business partners and clients.
• Arrange and track logistical support and documentation for booked trips.
• Assist applicable teams with needed trip information, including client requests, day-of-flight changes, updates to operational status.
• Schedule and verify reservations, equipment requests, and fueling arrangements.
• Communicate operational delays and constraints.
• Perform pre-trip vetting of passengers using a provided web-based application.
• Organize the current trip schedule utilizing Microsoft products and web-based applications.
• Prepare pre-trip documentation.
• Assist with gathering required information for international trip support.
• Other duties as assigned.
