GEO Corrections & Detentions in Milwaukee seeks a Flight Manager to oversee charter aircraft services, ensure compliant operations, and lead staff. You will supervise security officers, manage staffing and budgets, and drive training initiatives while coordinating with internal and external partners.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and ability to implement policies and procedures across the location. This position is full-time and on-site in Milwaukee.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Flight Security Officer qualifications.
• One year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Must be a United States citizen residing in the U.S. and able to obtain visas and inoculations required for travel.
• Must possess a valid United States passport.
• Ability to set standards and procedures to establish performance levels.
• Ability to coordinate charter aircraft services operations.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train staff and work with required software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing plans for charter aircraft services.
• Develop training and mentoring opportunities for staff.
• Supervise Flight Supervisor and Flight Security Officers; approve schedules.
• Improve knowledge through training; promote services externally.
• Manage the charter aircraft services budget and provide analyses.
• Ensure incident reports are written timely and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and regulations.
• Attend external meetings with organizational, federal, or state representatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
