The GEO Group Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Flight Manager to lead the charter aircraft services for the assigned location, coordinating operations and staffing to ensure timely departures. The role requires enforcing compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies while maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling approvals, training program development, and budget management to improve efficiency and quality of service across locations.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain visas for travel
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Ability to travel to scheduled destinations and work in the US
• Ability to train staff and develop performance plans
• Proficient with computers and related software

Responsibilities

• Oversee charter aircraft services staffing per contract guidelines.
• Supervise Flight Supervisor and Flight Security Officers; approve scheduling.
• Develop training and mentoring to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Manage budgeting and provide analyses for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.
• Attend external meetings with government representatives.
