The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Flight Manager to oversee charter aircraft services at the Milwaukee location. You will coordinate staffing, scheduling, and ensure timely departures while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, and supervision of Flight Supervisors and Security Officers. Travel and regulatory adherence are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling for charter aircraft services at the location.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures.
• Develop training and mentoring opportunities for staff.
• Supervise Flight Supervisor and Flight Security Officers; approve scheduling and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manage the charter aircraft services budget and provide improvement analyses.
