Job summary

Alpine Air in Provo, UT is seeking a Charter Coordinator to support 24-hour cargo operations across the United States. You will bid for charter routes, track flight times, monitor flights, and input data into FlightDocs while ensuring FAA safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have aviation or sales experience, strong computer and communication skills, and a reliable team attitude; a high school diploma or GED is required. This is an in-office, full-time role with benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

  • Aviation experience is preferred and will help in daily charter coordination.
  • Sales experience is preferred to support charter bidding and client interaction.
  • Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, and familiarity with flight-tracking tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable team player with punctuality and readiness to assist colleagues.

Responsibilities

Job purpose

Alpine Air is currently seeking a Charter Coordinator to be located at their Provo, UT company site. The Charter Coordinatorwill be responsible for tracking company aircrafts during 24 hour cargo operations across the United States.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Bidding for charter/ad-hoc routes with various customers
  • Tracking airplane takeoff and landing times; monitor aircraft in flight using software tools
  • Enhance safety of pilots by monitoring flights to ensure safe arrivals
  • Fielding communication from pilots
  • Entering flight information into flight following database, FlightDocs
  • Observe safety and FAA regulations
  • Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Aviation experience is preferred
  • Sales experience is preferred

Working conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually low.

This position is a Full-Time, in-office position. Schedules are based on operational needs and may include nights and/or weekends. Compensation includes competitive benefits and 401k with generous employer match. Paid Time Off and eight (8) paid holidays per year are available immediately upon employment.
