Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, email, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate charter, field trip, athletic, and special transportation requests.
• Schedule drivers and assign vehicles based on availability and qualifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations in scheduling.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, districts, drivers, and staff.
• Maintain accurate trip records and assist billing documentation.
• Work with the team to optimize schedules and service reliability.
