Job summary

Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience are preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities when appropriate.
Prepare accurate reports and communicate relevant observations and incidents to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
