ColonialWebb is seeking an Account Executive to grow our commercial customer base in Charlottesville, VA. You will sell HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Building Automation services with a focus on recurring maintenance contracts.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience selling recurring service contracts.
• Experience selling to facility managers, property managers, building engineers, and operations directors.
• Ability to share information on previous quota attainment.
• Willingness to sell via cold-calling, networking, presentations, and closing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation, and Water Treatment solutions to commercial customers (B2B).
• Hunt for new opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and heavy networking.
• Increase market presence for big opportunities.
• Connect with and influence high-level decision makers.
• Spend most of your time with customers, out of the office.
• Close deals and grow the business.
