Qualifications
- 5+ years leading site operations in fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Experience with scheduling, delivery tracking and operational reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end master schedule for Charlotte-driven work and ensure visibility.
- Coordinate priorities across PM, design, production, warehouse, and delivery.
- Drive execution discipline, risk escalation, and capacity management.
- Create site-level reporting rhythms for leadership transparency.
- Remove blockers and ensure alignment to client commitments.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements.
