Job summary

MPI is seeking a detail-oriented project coordination professional to join a fast-growing division in Charlotte, NC. You will support project teams with day-to-day admin, organize construction docs, track schedules, and help keep projects on track under mentorship.

You will gain exposure to multifamily, senior living, industrial, and commercial renovations, while learning financial, contractual, and operational PM processes and advancing your career in construction management.

Responsibilities

  • Support project teams with day-to-day administrative and project coordination activities.
  • Assist with the preparation, organization, and tracking of construction documentation.
  • Coordinate project communications, schedules, and reporting to help keep projects on track.

  • Experience working with project documentation, schedules, or reporting tools.
