Job Description
- Support project teams with day-to-day administrative and project coordination activities.
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and tracking of construction documentation.
- Coordinate project communications, schedules, and reporting to help keep projects on track.
- Learn and support financial, contractual, and operational project management processes.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project information and identify discrepancies with a high level of attention to detail.
- Contribute to multifamily, senior living, industrial, commercial renovation, and ground-up construction projects throughout the region.

Preferred Experience
- Internship, co-op, academic, or professional experience in construction, project coordination, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Exposure to commercial construction projects or construction administration processes.
- Experience working with project documentation, schedules, or reporting tools.
