Job Description

Required Qualifications


  • 2+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or field leadership capacity.

  • Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and hold teams accountable to schedules and project expectations.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated professional with a proactive, \"can-do\" attitude.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small, entrepreneurial team environment.

  • Must be local to the Charlotte, NC market.



Preferred Experience


  • Commercial interiors, tenant improvement, or upfit project experience.

  • Experience overseeing projects in sectors such as corporate office, healthcare, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or similar commercial environments.

  • Exposure to small commercial construction projects.
