Upgrade Resources in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Selling Branch Manager to lead a high-energy branch and drive revenue through new and existing client partnerships. This on-site, full-time role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales and team coaching to deliver outstanding results.

You will recruit, develop, and manage a small recruiting team while cultivating relationships with plant, HR, and operations leaders. A strong track record in staffing sales and quota attainment is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Outside B2B sales experience in staffing preferred.
• Proven success in new business development and meeting revenue quotas.
• Leadership ability to coach a small team.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits
• Grow existing accounts by introducing staffing solutions and deepening partnerships
• Act as player-coach - lead and coach a small recruiting team while managing your own client portfolio
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements
• Deliver on individual and branch sales goals while driving profitability
• Track competitor moves and market trends to stay ahead locally
