Job summary

Upgrade Resources, located in Calhoun, GA, seeks a Selling Branch Manager to lead local sales strategy, grow revenue, and coach a recruiting team in a hybrid on-site role. You will build and manage client relationships, expand accounts, and drive branch performance with hands-on leadership and a solution-focused approach.

The ideal candidate has a proven outside B2B sales background, staffing experience, and a track record of meeting revenue quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience
• Proven outside B2B sales experience in staffing is highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in new business development and meeting revenue quotas
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a plus
• Self-motivated and competitive; thrives in a performance-driven culture
• Leadership ability and comfort managing a small team

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits with a consultative approach
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and deepening client partnerships
• Lead and coach a small recruiting team while managing your own client portfolio
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements
• Deliver on sales goals and drive overall branch profitability
• Monitor competitor moves and local market trends
