• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for potential projects.
• Identify concrete scope items and support project strategy.
• Create customer proposals and preliminary project schedules.
• Set up contracts, cost codes, and preliminary budgets.
• Produce accurate project information and logs for MPOs/POs.
• Develop preliminary project schedules and closeout plans.
• Collaborate with Project Lead to craft an accurate project plan.
