Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in concrete construction.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects with cost control, schedule adherence, safety and quality.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster relationships with superintendents, vendors, and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Project; familiar with PlanSwift, Procore and Bluebeam.
