Grover Gaming, now proudly a part of Light & Wonder, seeks a Sales Manager to lead a team of Business Development Representatives and Relationship Managers in a core market. You will drive growth in the charitable gaming sector through field meetings, state conferences, and strong partner relationships.

The role requires 5+ years of sales management experience, ability to coach teams, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales management experience in charitable gaming.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and provide feedback.
• Proficient with CRM software; Salesforce preferred.
• Strong track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales organization in a core market and manage relationships.
• Identify and expand opportunities with veteran and fraternal partners.
• Coach and train on Grover Gaming products and services.
• Manage daily activities and performance of the sales team.
• Attend state conferences and present at key customer meetings.
