Grover Gaming, now part of Light & Wonder, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of BDRs and Relationship Managers in a core market. The role involves field meetings, state conferences, and presenting to customers to drive revenue growth for charitable gaming partnerships.

You will coach on Grover Gaming products, manage performance, and collaborate with departments on new releases while ensuring high-quality service and compliance across partners.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in charitable gaming or related industry.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and provide feedback to a team.
• Experience delivering strong product presentations that lead to wins.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and interpreting sales metrics.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the total sales organization in a core market, including relationship management and business development.
• Identify and expand new opportunities through strategic growth around retention, device placement, and new business.
• Coach and train on Grover Gaming products and services across lines.
• Manage daily activities and overall performance of the sales team; monitor KPIs and bonuses.
• Hire, onboard, and retain sales talent; engage with vendor partners and customers.
• Collaborate with other departments on product releases and closing gaps in functionality.
• Maintain Grover Gaming’s mission, core values, and culture within the sales organization.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote Grover Gaming.
